Indigenous people are guided by their Natural Laws and have a unique relationship to the land that helps form their identity.  This kinship relationship to Mother Earth has created an environmental kinship and the environment is one of the main foundations of their distinct culture.  As a First Nations company, we value our traditional way of life, which is founded on the principles of maintaining a balance, respect for all things that Mother Earth provides, humility and honour in how we conduct and govern ourselves.  And as such, we are happy to assist in reclaiming the land back to its natural state.

Arrowhead Abandonments is a First Nation’s Project Management and Downhole Tool company.  We specialize in bringing Indigenous workers together to help Producer’s achieve maximum benefits for the Site Rehabilitation Program (SRP), especially in Periods 5 & 6 and in the Accelerated Site Closure Program (ASCP) in Saskatchewan.

Arrowhead is able to provide the First Nation’s Project Management to assist your competent team with ability to achieve the incentives of utilizing Indigenously owned companies in the SRP and ASCP, including establishing new business relationships between Indigenously owned companies and licensees.  This is an opportunity to advance reconciliation through cooperation, respect, and meaningful inclusion. By utilizing Arrowhead Abandonments as your Lead Contractor, you would be able to still provide both the programming and Wellsite Supervisor’s, while we can provide properly prequalify sub-contractors to achieve your operational goals.  With shops in Brooks, Red Deer, Marwayne, AB and Colleville and Arcola SK, we are situated to assist your needs throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.  We are currently collaborating with multiple other Indigenous companies and are able to fulfill your SRP activities, including service rigs, coil tubing units, E-line units and cut and cap companies to achieve down hole abandonments.  We can follow that up with assisting with the planning and organizing of site decommissioning and then Phase 1 ESA, Phase 2 ESA, remediation, and reclamation work.  We would like an opportunity to provide you with further information on how we can work together to best benefit your business.

Arrowhead Abandonments is always committed to looking for ways to connect Indigenous people to employment opportunities created by this program, including skills for development in technical and managerial roles.  We actively seek employment through the channels established by the Chief and Council of the local band and advertise on our website and LinkedIn.  We are also in contract with the Indian Resource Council (IRC) to hire and train Indigenous workers in the Indigenous communities that we provide services in.  We also give back to the community that we work in.
